Child Neurology Nurses
A nurse who helps treat neurological conditions is known as a neurology nurse. These include stroke, common low back pain, Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and spinal cord injuries, among more than 6,000 other illnesses. According to a paper titled "The Burden of Neurological Disease in the United States," up to 100 million Americans may be affected by neurological ailments. A nurse practitioner with advanced practise status in neurology is trained to evaluate, identify, and support the management of neurological illnesses. On the other hand, neurosurgical nurse practitioners are experts in providing patients undergoing neurosurgery operations with preoperative and postoperative care.
