Abstract:
Escape rooms provide an innovative, immersive learning experience that enhances teamwork, problem-solving, and clinical decision-making skills in a controlled environment. This presentation explores how escape room scenarios and simulations can be integrated into nursing curricula to foster active learning, collaboration, and retention of key nursing concepts. Participants will gain insights into designing escape room scenarios tailored to specific clinical skills such as patient assessment, safety, and emergency response. Additionally, we will discuss best practices for implementation, assessment of learning outcomes, and strategies for adapting escape rooms for different learning levels and specialties.
