Biography:
Dr. Shyllon holds a PhD in GIS from the University of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia an MPhil in GIS from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK, an M.Sc. in Project Management from Curtin University, Australia, and a Diploma of Nursing from Notre Dame University, Australia. With a professional background spanning general and mental health nursing since 2018, Dr. Shyllon also brings extensive experience in spatial and non-spatial information management, including work on intelligent geocoding under the Cooperative Research Centre for Spatial Information (CRC-SI) in Australia (2002–2007), over 15 years in project management, and asset (data and information) management and monitoring projects in health using GIS. Additionally, Dr. Shyllon is an Associate Member of the Health Information Management Australia Association and has published numerous research articles in academic journals.
